As you all know I host an OPEN HOUSE on the first Thursday of each month. At the open house, you are free to create anything you want to CASE my work, finish your projects and or work on anything you need to work on. You can use my tools, inks, and stamps. You also get to make one card called a MAKE AND TAKE for FREE. So come, check this event out and bring a friend. I’m open from noon until 8p.m.
Here is today’s MAKE AND TAKE… This card was made with the NEW release designer series paper from the suite called “SHARE WHAT YOU LOVE”. Come on over and make this card. What I love most about this dsp is that the patterns all seem to work together. I have two favorites though and they are these two. I keep thinking what is it about this dsp that I love so much. Well, first its the coordination of color. It coordinates so well with crumb cake card stock and I happen to LOVE crumb cake card stock. The dsp also shimmers and shines. There is a ton of sheets in the pack and it has images in some of the patterns that you can cut out and use on your cards.
I have at least 8 cards made with this Suite already so come see. Now about the stamp sets in the suite. I love the way you can stamp the flowers in black (as I did on this card) and then stamp the color you want the blooms to be right on top. Super quick and easy and a very pretty look.
This card is soft and sexy. SEXY? really I said that? Yeah, I did. I think maybe soothing is a better word, lol you decide.
The little clip comes from the accessory kit that’s in the suite. I simply tied a bit of lace ribbon onto it. The clip is just the right size. It’s noticed but not overwhelming or bulky.
I need to run now, my time with you and my coffee is over. I need to get ready for work (open house).
Today is a beatiful day. Thanks for visiting and remember, LIVE LOVED my friends ~ Beverlee
