Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Well almost.
I have yet another idea for you using the Sunshine and Rainbow Bundle. One of the ideas that popped into my head was, what would the rainbow look like if I stamped an image onto it? So I built a rainbow on a cardstock base so that I could secure all the arches together prior to securing it to the card. Then using Versa Mark Ink I stamped the image directly on the rainbow.
What do you think about stamping on the rainbow? I think it’s pretty cool.
St. Patty’s day is a few days away so I made a card that expresses what I hope to do that day. I’m going to celebrate even if I don’t have a bit of Irish in me. I will be celebrating my Irish friends, LOL!!!!
The four leaf clover was made using the number two rainbow arch for a stem and the Sweet and Sassy Framelits smallest heart for the clovers. Two SALE~A~BRATION freebies were used on this card too. I used the Amazing you stamp set for the sun and the Celebrate you Thinlit dies to create the basic black CELEBRATE.
Another thing I want to show you are the sizes of cardstock that you need for each rainbow arch.
Excuse my grid paper, it’s well loved!
This is how I number my thinlits and this is how I lay them all onto my Big Shot so that I can run them all through at one time.
Keep the dimensions of the cardstock pieces clipped together in your stamp set. The next time you need them they will be easy to find.
Have a great day and thanks for visiting with me.
