For the Love of FELT Stamp A-Stack

FOR THE LOVE OF FELT PROJECT KIT!

Yes ” For the Love Of Felt” is the name of this project kit and I love it.  I was jazzed when I saw felt embellishments in our current Stampin’ Up! Catalog.  When I saw that the felt was in a kit, I was even more thrilled.  This kit contains everything to make the three cards below plus 9 more.  The kit contains 12 card bases, coordinating envelopes, twine, felt flowers, laser-cut leaves, solid cardstock sprigs, sequins, vellum, whisper white cardstock and paper flowers. Check it all out on page 201.

In addition to the project kit, you can purchase the coordinating stamp set, “For The Love Of Felt”.  The cards below are made using the stamp set plus some additional products that are not in the kit.  Notice the fabric leaves on the cards.  The leaves are cut from a ribbon roll called LEAF RIBBON.

NOTE:  To make the card above in class you will also need to purchase the leaf ribbon.

I can supply the four leaves that you will need for the cards above and below

RSVP to my FOR THE LOVE OF FELT stamp a stack. Make these cards, or follow the instructions that come with the kit and make the 12 cards the kit suggests.  If you choose to make the cards that I’ve made I will supply most of the additional product that you need.

Tic Tac Toe ~ Three In A Row

Hello friends ~ Today I’m sharing a project with you that has been swirling around in my head for a while now. I’m ecstatic with how it turned out and how easy it was to complete.

This wooden TIC TAC TOE board game is so pretty.  I love it so much that mine sits on my coffee table all of the time.  The game invites family to play a friendly game and to get a little competative with each other. Playing a friendly game engages the children and the adults in the room, it's a good thing.

I want to share this project with you so I’ve scheduled a class where you can make one with my guidance.

At class, you will embellish 10 disks.  The disks display two different paper designs however both are heart-shaped.  The heart shapes are cut from the Puzzle Pieces Dies.  The detail in the heart-shaped puzzle piece combined with the Magnolia Lane DSP patterns are stunning.

The board that I used is made of whitewash wood grain slats.  You can find this 10 x 10  board ( approximate size) at Walmart in the wood craft section.  Here is a close up of the board.

CLASS DATE:  Wednesday, July 10th or Thursday, July 11 at OPEN HOUSE

TIME:  July 10 @ 1 p.m OR July 11 anytime during open house I’m open from noon until 8 p.m

CLASS FEE:  Minimum order of $27.50 (plus shipping and handling and the cost of the board which is $5.25). (I will order everyone’s product for them on July 1)

Magnolia Lane Specialty Designer Series Paper #149484 $11.50

1/2″ Satin Black Ribbon #146280 $7.00

Faceted Gems, Clear ~ Clear # 144142 $5.00

Multipurpose Glue #110755 $4.00

PUZZLE PIECES DIE ( not required for this class) #146830 $25.00

I have TWO boards available to the first two people who sign up for this class.   The cost of the board is $5.25. If you miss out on those you can buy one at Walmart as I mentioned above.  I would go get one (or as many as you want)  right away, they are really pretty.

At the class, I will supply the 10 wooden disks, the white and black cardstock that you will need and the decorative tacks that help to secure the ribbon.   You will use my die to cut out your designer series papers.  If you want to order your own dies, you certainly can.

If you plan to make more boards, I do have extra disks for sale.

For those who already have the items needed for this class then just send me your minimum order of $27.50  and I will order for your products selections along with the other class orders.  Your product will be here for you in class.

I’m thinking that this board game is a great family Christmas gifts. Yes, I said Christmas, YIKES.  Once you have all of the  Stampin’ Up! items you can make as many game boards as you need.  What an inexpensive way to give a fabulous gift to many.

To sign up for this class just leave me a comment and I will contact you, or text me at 209-609-1914.  You can also email me at [email protected]

If the boards I have, have been claimed when you sign up I will let you know so that you can go to Walmart and pick yours up.

Box Making Class

Good morning friends!  I’m hosting a BOX making class at the end of the month, but I’m finishing up my prep today because I’m leaving for a few days in Utah.  When I get back I will want to spend time with the NEW annual catalog and making samples with the new product I receive while with Stampin’ UP!  I love it when I am ahead of the game.

At this class, my customers will make two boxes and receive a tool that ensures that the box lids that they make fit perfectly onto the box bottoms every time.  I will teach everyone at this class a formula that will give them the measurements that they need to make a box for anything that they need to package.  Isn’t that cool?

At the class, you will need a Simply Score Tool.  I will supply everything else.  I have room for two more ladies, so if you want to attend let me know right away.   I can order your tool for you OR if you already have the tool there is a $20.00 minimum order that day.

CLASS DATE :   Tuesday, April 23rd

TIME: 1pm

Place: My studio

I hope to see you soon.

Hydrangeas and roses

Hello friends,  welcome and thank you for stopping by.

These two projects delight me.  I was so excited when I saw the card designed by my dear friend Debbie Henderson, I just had to CASE it.  And that Rose pop, that idea is from Connie Collins.  Those two demonstrators are amazing. I just had to share these two projects with you.

I will hostess a class on May 3rd at 3 pm.  At the class, you will receive a rose pop that is ready to package just as you see here.  In addition, I give you the rose pop recipe so that you can make them again and again.

Next we will make Debbie’s Hydrangea card.  I just love it.  This card is just adorable and screams spring.  This card is one that you would add to a gift package or hand deliver.  I just LOVE it, oops I think I’ve said that a bunch of times already.

You will need to have the following product with you in class.  Just let me know that you want to attend this class and I will order the product for you.

Mini dimensionals- $4.00

Gingham Gala 6×6 dsp -$11.00 or Subtles 6×6 dsp same price.

Bitty Bloom punch Pack – $11.00

If you already have those items then you can order anything else at the value of $38.00 ( before shipping and tax) or more instead.

Elegant and Stunning

This CLASS is only $19.05.  CONTACT ME right away either comment here or email me at [email protected]

Hello friends!  I need to tell you all about this Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack.  I need to tell you about it because everything made with it is so so pretty.  It just seems that you can’t go wrong with this card pack.

You will find the pack on page 24 of the Occasions Catalog. The pack is only $10.00.  This Item is going to discontinue real soon so that is another reason that I need to tell you about it right now.  It’s already in low inventory status.

All of the cards you see here were made with the pack.

On these first two cards, the only stamping I did was the sentiments.  The rest  of the images are the printed cards in the pack plus I used some Petal Passion DSP ( pg 23)

I love this HELLO, it’s also in the pack along with a few other bold word images.   All you do is punch out the words and stick them onto your cards.  On this card I added a splash of powder pink cardstock behind the printed card.  I wanted to bring out the cute little powder pink dots on the printed card, I think that did the trick.

Now look at this delicate overlay, it’s also in the pack.  So is the printed card that says Best Day Ever.  Again I just added the DSP and the pearls.

This card is almost the same as the first card I just left a blank space for a sentiment.  Sometimes it’s best to wait until you need a card and then select the sentiment.

I’m purposely not showing you is the inside of these cards.  They are just as stunning as the outside.  Plus you need a little surprise when you come over, lol.

BECAUSE the pack is in low inventory status, I’m ordering 10 of them tomorrow, Monday, April 23rd.  I’m also ordering 10 spools of the ribbon needed for these cards.  The ribbon framing of the focal point is very attractive and so easy to do.  I know you will want to have your own spool.

Contact me by Monday at 3 p.m to claim your Card Pack and Ribbon.  I’ve already sold two so I will have 8 available.  Then the week of April 30 through May 4th you can come by  ( you pick the time ) to make these cards.  The total amount of the pack and ribbon is $19.05

When you come over I will supply the card stock the DSP and pearls.  You will use your pack and ribbon to make your cards.  Bring your adhesive, dimensionls and glue dots with you to class.

You will have a ton of your card pack and ribbon left when you are finished here.  You can continue to make cards at home as needed.

Contact me right away so you don’t miss out.

DIY Santa Class

Hello my friends,  today we recorded a DIY class video.  However it was to long to post onto Utube so I had to break it up into two parts.  Above is part 1 and below is part 2.  And that is not all the second video ended abruptly before I was actually finished.  I’m posting the video’s anyway because I think they are still helpful.

When I talk about watercoloring, I meant to say blending.  Blending with the new blend markers is so much fun, you are going to love your blends. I also talked about not knowing where you can purchase cones ( incase you want to make more Santa’s).  After we finished the video I checked out Amazon Prime and sure enough they have them.  That is awesome because if I run out  ( I only have 35) you know where you can go to get more.

Kenn and I learned today that we need  to record about 12 minute videos max or they won’t fit on UTUBE.  Next time we will do better.  I love that Kenn helps me though.  He feels its the least he can do since I take him on the Incentive Trips.  If he stops helping me, I will take one of you with me.  LOL!  We will have a drawing or something to see who can go.

I hope you can attend class.  I really think you will have fun making this adorable Santa.  Sign up your friends too, the more the merrier!

Send me your order right away, I will place it on Nov. 1 and color your cones for you.  Don’t forget I need to know what color you want. Powder Pink, Real Red or Pool Party.

CLASS DATES Thursday Nov. 16 @ 10am and Saturday Nov. 18 @ 1p.m

Cost ~ $39.00 ( plus shipping and tax ) minimum order
